extends RequestPipeline<SdkHttpFullRequest.Builder,SdkHttpFullRequest.Builder>

Pipeline stage that takes in a mutable SdkHttpFullRequest.Builder and returns the same builder. Useful for long chains of mutating stages where going to and from builder each stage is inefficient.
